Arsenic speciation cartridge offers a convenient and inexpensive way to separate arsenate [As(V)] and arsenite [As(III)] species in water samples in the field and laboratory. Arsenic separation is performed by passing 20-50 mL of water through a cartridge using a syringe. The cartridge selectively removes As(V) and does not remove As(III) in a pH range 4-9.
